Fairly Lengthy Process to get hired, fill out an online application then talk to a regional manager in charge of hiring. Then go to the store for a group interview, follow that up with another in-store interview. I waited about 3 weeks after that entire process to get my job offer and started roughly a week after that.

An example of when I found a customers hidden needs (meaning something they want but don't know about) and provided a grade A customer experience.
I went to a open house. Met with manager, they asked if I had sales experience. I said no. They gave me a second interview - role played a sales call. They gave me a chance. Offered me the job, I am very thankful, for us cellular for, giving me a chance to begin my career.

Very detailed, why work for us? Experience? What do you expect for pay? Do you prefer full time? Part time? Can you work weekends? Nights? How well do you work in a group? How Are you with computers? How do you do talking with people you don't know? Do you work well under pressure?
First submit online application, then be prepared to wait. The hiring process can take a while, even if you are an internal applicant. If at all possible, try to get in touch with the hiring manager as they can work with recruiting to push your application through. Typically for new hires there will be a phone interview with recruiting first, then an in-person interview with your hiring manager. Be as professional as possible during the process, this is what they're looking for.

There are only a few questions and they are all "tell me about a time when..." and "how did you respond?" type questions. Very basic, very easy.
