It started off great and then ended poorly. The people I spoke with talked about other applicants during the interview and said why they didn't like them. I was told I would have a phone screening as my last step and that both people I interviewed with enjoyed our conversation. I followed up, but didn't hear anything for over a week! Once I did hear back they said they went with someone they had already rejected because they were short on time. They also said I didn't have the experience they were looking for when I had done a very similar position working in tennis before. It is apparent the disorganization of the company. Would not recommend to my friends. It is laid back which is nice.
