It was an on-campus interview. Initially, there was a common online test held in the college for everyone. The test includes aptitude, reasoning, and communication, followed by coding, which. The total time was around 2-3 hours; I dont remember Exactly. So after 2-2 Months after the test, the UST Team Came to College Campus for the next round of hiring, which consists of GD (group discussion), technical interview and HR Interview. So in GD they Will give a topic and give us 1-2 minutes to prepare and after 2 minutes they give a signal to start the GD . After GD, the students need to wait outside, and then they will inform who is selected for the technical interview. And i was selected for TR . In the TR Round, They asked me some basics of computing, followed by some testing questions , types of testing in detail, and some Codes Basic to moderate.i answered confidently , it was around 15-18 minutes of TR. After that, we need to wait outside till we get result. Then i Qualified to HR and the HR round went smoothly . There were basic HR questions like timings, Location, shifts, Family Background, and why UST. That's it, and the interviewers were very friendly and helpful. Looking like they were eager to hire candidates.

The process began with first level online coding test and those who passed attempted the online english assessment. After passing both you are called for the technical interview. The interviewer will give you coding questions to solve, SQL queries and ask about your projects and core subjects. Those who pass this will face HR round.
