Entrevista
A company is nothing but a group of individuals sharing same dreams, values and beliefs. With this firm, in their hiring process, I did not feel any single person values Respect or Honesty.
Initially I was informed for an interview slot on 03-Feb 02:00 PM from the consultancy, while having made myself available for that, no invite sent up until 12:30 PM and then discarded later.
Next day, another person called from a strange contact number and scheduled it for 08-Feb 11:00 AM.
During the interview, the interviewer commanded to reschedule the interview and I chose not to proceed with this any further seeing absolute lack of Mutual Respect from the interviewer, which portrayed very clearly that they are looking for Lab-Rats not a Technical Person. And also the kind of person/Team that I will be working with.
Further on next day, 09-Feb, even after detailing all the reasons through mail and requesting to cancel my candidature, another new person called and accused of me saying 'You did not appear for the scheduled interview', while I was defending myself and explaining everything, he cut off mid-way and asked 'Are you still interested?'

Instances/Observations
- The facilitator was not available in the interview. (To be honest, I do not even know who the facilitator is thus far, each time some new person speaks with me)
- Interviewer refused to share his video while insisted I do mine, quoting it as a policy
- Neither had introduced himself nor had my resume handy
- Rather than accepting him not having prepared for this, commanded me to share the resume over chat (which my machine did not go well with)
- Refused to share his mail ID, nor to have waited or facilitated through other means but dictated as 'Talk to your SPOC and have this interview rescheduled'. I had to ask his name hastily wondering what was happening.
- No acknowledgement or confirmation to quit but rather chose to drop off from the call quietly
