I was approached by a recruiter in Linkedin. Everything was described as an excellent opportunity in a big international company with lots of options for projects/clients. The reality is that it had only one project/client in Bulgaria, who itself is considered as not a top place to work in the IT.
From the beginning of the interview it was evident that the person in charge is not interested at all in me as a potential candidate, as s/his decision was already taken before the interview. Never happened someone not to look me in the eyes in an interview, although it was online 😂🤷🏻♂️.
However it was a great experience for me at the start of a new job search - for which I'm grateful.

Pathetic Interview process. So I got call from HR & discussed the offer letter as 18.5 including 6% variables(I was already holding an offer of 18 fixed). 1st round done I was selected then HR called & said they can only offer me 16 including 6% variable. I Told her do you know my first offer right why you are going this below to 16? Then she said OK let me check if I can do it. Asked me to be availble for 1 more round of project disscuion . They 2-4 times highlighted that its not a interview round we just want to confirm you for project so this discussion is there.
I was good with 2 nd round as well. Then again HR called & said last discussion they need the manager needs to discussed regarding project. I said OK no problem. Again they highlighted 4 times that its just a discussion round, you are already selected.
Then after this round I waited for 3 days & called the HR she said your profile is rejecte.
I mean how unprofession these people are, playing with someones career like this. Pathetic process, I felt very horrible. Then offcorse I told HR that this is very inappropiate whatever they did. Then she said there wont be any discussion I will check with some other project & directly release you offer.
Again I waited & nothing. No offer letter was release.
I read so many review about Low package they offer but luckily I dogded a bullet & got better offer of 22 lakhs.

Mainly three rounds in the interview process.First two rounds are technical and last round is manager round.Manager round I attended through online.In the whole process they will check our technical talents and over all experience.In technical round they ask me about automation testing approaches and tools.
