The interview process was very quick and smooth. HR recuriter was so helping and polite. All my rounds were on Telephone or on video conferencing. First round was online programming test. It was quite difficult. Then two rounds of technical interview. First level of technical interview started with deep diving into javascript logic and concepts and ended with andvance angular or respective javascript framework concepts. Second round of technical interview happens on the basis of feedback of the first technical interviewer. Second round was in core html, CSS, javascript with the highter difficulty level. In second technical round, they made me very clear about my role and responsibilities. After successful technical rounds, I had managerial round on video conferencing. It was basically a fitment round. Then finally hr round will have salary discussion and they will release offer letter on the second day after HR interview. Note- 1. be well prepared and just hit the interviews. 2. They will pay you according to your expectations but they seriously don't want counter offers and last minute surprises. 3. This company is worth to join as even after recruitment process, the on-boarding process is very welcoming and resource managers used to allocate very suitable project in just 3-4 days.
