The I review process was okay. 1st round was telephonic and the questions very hard compared to other interviews. I did really well in the interview. Cleared the round and was asked to connect in a video call later after a week for the final discussion. Just before the video call. I recieve an email saying the position is on hold. Can't believe these guys. I am not sure how this company is having 3.5 rating. Yes I understand the people in the company are talented but with the restriction in dress code and strict work culture is bad. Also If somebody is so good at technical why would they want to join UST ? There are other good companies. Please don't waste your time giving interview for this company.
