HR team will call you. They will qualify and determine if you fit the job description for the project. You will be scheduled for a technical interview. A technical interviewer will call you. If you pass, you will be called by HR for Job offer.

Firstly Cv /resume shortlisting via company career page / website, secondly, telephonic conversation from the company HR and followed by virtual interview for around 30 minutes on Google meet or zoom.

Entrevista
The interview was good. The lenght of the interview was for 30 mins. The interviewer did not ask much about the resume but questioned more on the technicals about the role. Provided about 5 mins to let the interviewee ask questions.
Interview went well , questions were good and Simple based on Agile methodology. Personal was profession and knowledgeable.
Many questions were around People management and Process oriented.
First round was HR , followed by Core Technical questions and Final Management round for Salary Negotiation.
