Worst interview ever. 2 round where there.Technical and managerial round.Passed the technical round.They asked about oops concept with examples,project,... They said you have been selected for the next round.Next one is managerial round.In that round,they just asked about the details,current ctc,notice period etc. After 10 mins they said you are out and they didnt told the reason. Poor hr cordination. They are hiring candidates for dephi development.They said they will be giving 2 months training on delphi. We cant act like freshers if the company is giving training on delphi.Candidates who came there are experinced. The only reason we all think is that the expected ctc what we askd to them is not at all in their limits.I think they planned to give basic salary for the experienced ones.They need 2.5 minimum exp candidates who has exposure in .net/java/sql and thinking of giving them fresher salary. Anyway poor interview experince from a MNC like UST GLOBAL Expected a little more from Hire teams.
