I then was asked to prepare a brief report on a major index fund and submit it to them if I wished to continue the process. Second Round: About a 45 min zoom call where I met with 3 people at once. The questions were all fairly basic. Third Round: 10 minute phone call with HR rep. *No in person interview (red flag)
