I was contacted by the company's recruiter for a short interview. Then I was interviewed by the team lead. Then the team lead, director and coworker. I felt the process was not different from other interviews. I was happy that the recruiter was there to support me the entire process.

USI always kept me up to date on the interview process. Consisted of a phone screening followed by 3-4 interviews with members of the team. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and always took time to answer my questions thoroughly.
