I was under the impression that this was an interview, however it was an information session on the company and its goals. While the information did provide some insight, it was quite misleading and also demotivating to know that not only was I not considered based on my application, but that I was being invited to a mass group call with other applicants who were likely under the same assumption. I also did not receive any follow-up information after contacting them.

The initial interview is a group Zoom meeting with camera on, mine started with around 100 people in it, It lasted about an hour and she just explained their product, what they do, potential earnings, etc. From my understanding you will become a licensed insurance agent selling private insurance to leads provided by the company. The host of the interview had very good energy. Interview process is still ongoing.
