Several panels of interviews with various leaders in and out of the specific organization. Standard interview questions with an initial phone screen and then on site interviews. The panel interviews and the general interview process are fairly common. The hiring managers focus more on culture alignment and values/mission fit.

Initial phone screen with Recruiter. She asked basic questions about my background qualifications and interests in the role. I am not very impressed when recruiters ask you to walk them through your background, especially when you only have 30 minutes; I think they should ask you more pointed questions, so they can learn more specific areas.

typical interview concerning experience and what you'll bring to the organization along with some scenario based questions. The interview was also a panel interview with 3 other people. Then an interview with the hiring manager.

Entrevista
Panel interview that was conversational. They asked about action plans and last experience. The leaders were very transparent and let me know if their struggles and what they need in a leader to help get the area back on track.
