Met with a representative in two sessions. The people I met were very friendly and straightforward. It was the most positive interview process I've ever had. We met in a small office on my college campus and discussed my career plans, talents and skills, and how well I would work in a team and solve problems. I think they wanted to see if I was a good fit culturally/socially and would be someone they would want to work with.
