After I submitted my application within a few days HR reach out to schedule a phone screen. Phone screen pretty standard, why I had applied to that role. Two weeks later I had a Panel Interview (video call, 30 minutes) with two hiring managers. Basic questions about my resume and my current job. There were also behavioral questions for which I felt I wasn't well prepared. I wasn't invited for the next stage.
