It's a straight forward process starting with a quick phone screen followed by a virtual interview via Zoom. The interview begins with the managers asking for your background and how that makes you best suited for the position. Then they follow that up with the typical STAR behavioral question. Then they ask a few technical questions. Their final questions are related to your salary requirements and some final information about when you can expect to hear back from them.

Position listed with a top salary range of $120K. Advised at initial call position bugeted at $80K ($40K less than posted position).This is the first interview after 11 applications for positions I was well qualified for (and them some).
