Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. Was not in the market to change employers per se, but role sounded very good. Had a recruiter screening where I was told that I was a strong candidate for the role. Following recruiter screening, had a hiring manager panel interview with other member of her team. All communication stopped after that, and I never heard anything back.
