It was pretty average. all you need to do is look up questions based off customer service and trying to sell. youll have situational questions and some role play. make sure study the company. that should help you sell yourself

how did you get someone to change their mind from something they did not want in your past jobs.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
