Long and Uninformative. I had to follow up with the recruiter a couple of times. After the 2nd interview, I was told I would get a call in 1-2 weeks advising if I was considered for the job or not. I followed up with the hiring manager and recruiter. The hiring manager never responded to my emails, but the recruiter responded at 12AM telling me that I was no longer considered. Feedback and a personal call would have been more professional.
