The interview consisted of one HR screening call, one phone call with the hiring manager, and two onsite interviews (one with the hiring manager and one with his manager). I was flown in to interview at USAA. The interview with the hiring manager consisted of mostly behavioral questions and a tour of USAA. The interview with his manager was mostly a review of my resume and experience.
