online application, online assessment, phone interview, in person background and drug screening the process was easy but for the interview it definitely helps researching the company she asked me why usaa and what do i know about USAA when you answer tie everything back into the customer and how you like the fact that their mission is all about helping military families get into the best financial situation possible. Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
