Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en USAA en mar 2023
Entrevista
There were two "interviews." The first one was a timed coding assessment that I received about a day after the internship. I would not necessarily call this an interview, since there was no actual interviewer. It was a pretty simple 3 question, 30 minute coding assessment that anybody with a few months of coding experience should surpass. The second interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The behavioral portion was pretty standard (tell me about yourself, why work here, tell me about a conflict you had with a peer during a project that you had to overcome). The technical was also pretty easy, just two coding questions, that you had to code up and explain your thought process.

Overall as described, begins with a 3 question OA. Leetcode style, 3 easy questions. If you pass the OA you get moved to schedule a phone screen. Very basic, recruiter asked questions like "Why USAA?", "What are you looking to get out of this internship", and basic questions about visa status. From there, you schedule a final round. FInal is behavioral and technical with two people. However, the technical is NOT leetcode based. I was shown classes in Java and asked to identify where they could be improved. Behaviorals were fairly standard, with an emphasis on presentations.
