Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 7 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en USAA (San Antonio, TX) en mar 2016
Entrevista
I met one of the IT managers at a school career fair and they signed me up for an interview that was 2 weeks later. The first interview was very relaxed and the manager was approachable. The questions were mostly behavioral with a logic question at the end. Then I was contacted about 5 days later saying I had made it to the final round of interviews. They fly you out to San Antonio and put you in the Omni on the Riverwalk for the night. Then they have a nice dinner. The next morning they take everyone in a shuttle to the HQ for interviews and a tour. The second interview consisted of two short partner interviews for teamwork and then another interview alone with two managers. Again, mostly behavioral but with another logic question and also a design question. About 2 weeks later I received the offer.

Design a system to track packages across different mail carriers.
First round is an IT assessment with 3 questions and 40 minutes in duration. You have 48 hours after the email was sent to you to complete the test. Second round is a phone screening. Finally, the last round is a technical interview.
It was only one interview. I got a text asking what time to schedule it and I accepted it. Then, I was the selected candidate to get the offer. I waited for nearly two weeks to hear back from the team. My interview was also 8 months out from the internship.

virtually proctored technical skills quiz. python language asked 3 questions to demonstrate coding knowledge. would only recommend for computer science majors and not information systems majors because heavily coding based.
