I applied online for an internship positions and received a quick follow up email about an interview. The interview was via Skype. I was asked mostly about my resume and personality questions.

one interview and then was offered to come and meet the rest of the group at the midland office. very general questions asked mainly behavioral type questions. met with two engineers and a manager. very positive experience and really nice guys
