Recruiters work directly for the company which is not common in today's pharmaceutical market. This added valuable additional insight into the company and the products. The recruiters (I spoke with two) communicated throughout the process. I never felt "out of touch" with the process. I was fortunate to get an offer however, if I had not received an offer, it would not have diminished how I felt about the interview experience and the employees at US WorldMeds.
