All they want to know is that if you can be flexible with your schedule and willing to work hard. They are looking for people who can work any type of schedule that are being put out from supervisor and not having problem with it. Also medical benefit for a family is not cheap within for the first year of working there.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
