First you have to pass 2 tests before you're considered for an interview. The first is easy the 2nd very hard. I was able to get an 87% which I guess is considered very high. After that I was called in for an interview. I thought it went well but found out later I didn't get the job unfortunately.
The interview was very basic and generic. I expected more of the typical interview questions. It would have been nice if they notified me so I wouldn't keep wondering. Found out by calling and asking if position had been filled.

The "interview" process for an entry-level postal employee is based on whom ever gets the highest test score. More than likely you find out you received the position before your Post Master does.

You do the application online, take a assessment test, given a date to go to the test center to take the 743 exam. must pass with atleast 70. If you pass you are called for a interview which is usually a bunch of people. The interview was faily easy going.
