Easy, short, common sense questions. Alot of other applicants present but interviews are done one on one. Very organized interviewers are very nice. Since there was so many other applicants there was a long wait to be interviewed.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
