Entrevista
In most cases employees are hired in lower level positions and must work their way up to higher level positions. Employees must take an entrance exam and score in the 90% to be considered for a position. Employees are selected for interview and hiring based strictly by their exam score. A criminal background check and preemployment screening must show negative results in order to hired. The interview questions are mostly general in nature and center around work hour availibility and physical requirements of the job.

The jobs at the Postal Service are very demanding even at lowere level positions so the most difficult question to answer is wheter you are willing to work any hours and any day of the week. If not chances are you will be passed over.
Formal, easy going, and met carried amount of employees during the interview process. Started on time and asked more relevant questions regarding my past experience and how I would fit into their culture.
