I had to go online and schedule a test. Once I took the test I was immediately emailed my results. Then I was able to go online and create a profile and apply for a position. I received a call to be attend a a one on one interview by the Postmaster or OIC. I interview and a couple weeks later I received a conditional offer pending the background and drug tests.

The hiring process wasn't too long. Took at most 3 weeks. On the interview day, they put about 30 of us into a room and told us that we would work Sundays and random shifts. Also told us attendance is everything and we would get terminated if we don't come on time and such.
Once orientation was done, they started interviewing us personally. Once I was called, I was asked a couple questions. I was offered the job but I declined because there is no set schedule and I feel it'll get in the way of school.
