Screened by OSO and his/her team. They will basically test if you are serious about earning a commission and if you aren’t, they won’t be looking to spend the time and effort on recruiting you.
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en US Marine Corps

The Officer Candidates Office (awkward to say, I know) had one officer and two enlisted marines. There was also an ex-marine who was at the front desk, taking phone calls, sending emails, filling out paperwork, etc. I walked in and said that I wanted information about the officer training program. I immediately got to sit down with one of the enlisted marines (a Gunnery Sergeant), and he asked me general questions about why I was thinking about becoming a Marine Corps Officer. There were no weird interview questions, like what you may get from typical companies.
