      Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en US Green Building Council en mar 2025

      Entrevista

      Started off as a very communicative and smooth interview process with HR screening, a second screening interview (which is a bit odd but okay), an in person interview with SVP of Technical Solutions (hiring manager) and a panel interview which seemed to the final step. At that point, I informed the HR person that I had a job offer from another place as soon as I found out and asked for the decision timeline and he pretty much said they’ll be in touch. Then, a couple days later, they asked for a reference check which took only two days for me since I let my references to know to complete them as soon as they can and I was very grateful for them. However, then HR person went completely silent and stopped reaching out to me. I followed up on Friday after the references were completed on Wednesday to check what’s going on. He said he’ll get back to me on Monday. Monday passed and crickets. At that point, I pretty much realized how unprofessional and unserious the team is so I decided to move forward with another offer which was a right decision. I don’t think I can ever work for a company who can’t even show any sign of respect or decency at the interview stage. I let them know and again crickets.
