The interviews have felt more like talking among new friends. The interviewers made me feel comfortable and welcomed in the meetings. The meetings were done via Microsoft meeting, which worked, however I look forward to an in-person meeting soon.

Give us an instance where the customer was unhappy, and I was not able to immediately obtain a solution, and what were my actions.

At first everything is normal to get into the interview.
However, this is the first time I've ever had an interview and HR manager is also present - very strange.
Then they started asking a ton of questions about Sysco what clients would I go for the big fish clients after and after being caught off guard from these series of questions - and giving the most generic answers (sorry I'm not going to give away the value I have to you in an interview for free). So after asking several questions the guy got up shook my hand and walked me out.
A total waste of time for myself.

Entrevista
Initial interview w/USF Recruiter, next interview with direct report, final interview w/2 National Sales Managers (in assigned territory) working in more of a direct customer support role with National Customers/Natl Account Managers. Your recruiter is likely to remain in contact until you accept the $$$ offer, then disappear as are no longer able to advocate for you, as you are assigned an HR person expect their role is to defend the company at all cost. Mind your P's & Q's!
