Sent in an application and heard back pretty quickly to set up a video interview. It was an easy 30 minute call and their VP was very friendly and relatable, after which I was told they wanted to move to the next stage which was an IQ assessment through Wonderlic (very easy). Completed it the following day and was told they’d follow up with me the following week. Heard nothing after 2 weeks, so I sent a follow up email and was told they’ll follow up in another week or two. It’s been about 2 months since the interview. Either they denied me and ghosted me, or their hiring process is ridiculously long. Since then I’ve applied to another company, did their interviews, got the job, completed my background check, and have a start date.
