Met the recruiter at a college career fair. They provided a timeline on when and what to expect. A few weeks later there was one round of interviews. It was a brief walk me through your experience and why you are interested in this position.

Applied online. Went through an initial phone screen. Then was flow out. 3 on-site interviews. Nothing technical really. Interview process was very smooth. After on site interviews a conditional offer was made. Background check took some time (several months).
