Received an email response the day after submitting an email application requesting salary requirements, availability, etc. I responded and was asked to come in for an interview. It was extremely unprofessional. I met the owner outside. He seemed nice, but on was on his way out to get a Powerade and said he would be right back. I didn't see him for the rest of the interview. The interviewer didn't ask me any questions and had a bit of a potty mouth. They eventually asked if I had any questions so I asked what their goal for their current reorganization was. The interviewer went on to air some of the company's dirty laundry, to include an upcoming lawsuit. Afterwards, I was told that I was overqualified and that my salary req's were too high even though that information was discussed via email earlier. The interview was a complete waste of time.
