The biggest preparation for the interview with an Army recruiter is know what you qualify for and what you are willing to accept. understand that the recruiter has no bearing on what will or won't be offered to you. Remember to look at the big picture because you can reach your goal with almost any position in the Army with hard work and some sacrifice.
Interviewed by a panel from the battalion section S3 and command staff. Had more to do with being a "good fit" than specific skills. I was able to attend all the prerequisite training after I started the job.

The hiring and interview process is pretty simple. The process begins by speaking with a Recruiter, passing the ASVAB, In-Depth Physical, and background check. It's important to do well in all areas to increase the opportunities to get the job that you want.

Behavior Based with a panel of five Unit members that asked a series of question about my past jobs that based my future potential. It was military operational questions based off of combat roles and deployment times over my career.
