Entrevista
Very extensive interview. You will be asked over 100 questions to confirm you are qualified, mostly medical. Any law violations must be brought to the recruiters attention so he/she can apply for any waivers if necessary. Everything must be disclosed or it will come up later when your background is checked by the FBI.

As long as you meet the minimum qualifications for military service, you will be accepted for a position in the US Army. Recruiters will ask qualifying questions in order to verify service qualification.

Entrevista
There isn't really an interview but there is a lot of things that have to be done in order to be selected. Your medical records are looked at as well as criminal records, driving accidents, the ASVAB testing which determines your strengths and weakness in certain work areas.
