Mostly phone interviews, lots of variation in the different hospital practice models, they tried to hire me for a position without telling me which facilities I would work in. I felt that they needed to be more specific about what the expectation would be as far as geographical area.

Straightforward site visit and questions to ensure you would be a good fit for the team (ex: what are you looking for in a job, tell me about yourself, etc.)
