If you live within the geographical area than there may be one in-person interview but not necessarily. Otherwise it's one phone interview which consists of basic interview questions lasting between 20-30 minutes. Nothing too hard. Most of the hiring process is determined through a computer generated system USAJOBS, its mostly matches like terms together and rates applicants.
