During the process there is a board review for selection. The best advise that I can give is just be yourself. Background review tells your interview everything they need to know anyway about yourself. Just be prepared to go into the interview confident and ready to serve your country.

The process for selection is pretty simple. Testing is the hardest part of the interviewing process.

Long process, a lot of background checks and medical checks. Paperwork is endless, the recruiters will try and screw you. Get your job in writing before you join. Do not count on recruiter assistance program to get extra leave.

The interview process for F22 avionics technicians typically involves several steps. First, candidates may submit an application online or through a recruiting agency. Then, they might undergo initial screenings to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position. If selected, candidates may be invited for in-person interviews, which could include technical assessments, behavioral interviews, and possibly a panel interview with multiple interviewers. The focus would likely be on assessing the candidate's knowledge of avionics systems, troubleshooting skills, teamwork abilities, and adherence to safety protocols. After the interviews, successful candidates may undergo background checks and medical evaluations before receiving a formal job offer.

Very nice and thoughtful. A tad bit intimidating at times, overall enjoyed the process recruited kids a lot but it was decent for the first few years and the rest of it was just fun to see
