I applied online on my phone while waiting for a doctor appointment and after completion was offered an interview for a few hours later. I went in about 15 minutes early and was taken to the break room to wait for my interviewer. They came and got me after a few minutes and took me to a different room where I first read over the job requirements and was then asked if that list sounded good, if I had any previous work experience and if I could lift 70lbs. I was told about pay, $15/hr, paid orientation, and a few other details and was asked if I had any questions and then if I was still interested in the job to which I answered yes and they submitted my background check and was told there would be some forms on the ups website to complete. My interviewer was friendly and I returned to my car about 15 minutes after going in.
