Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en UPS en oct 2010
Entrevista
This has to have been one of the easiest interviews I have ever participated in. If you are one of these people who absolutely fears rejection . . . well, I don't know if they turned anyone down. All you have to do is show up **on time**, present yourself reasonably well, and you're pretty much in. At first, it was a group interview, followed by a brief 1:1 chat with an HR person. The guy I interviewed with kept talking about " . . . when you are called for orientation . .." There were no ifs. Orientation lasted approximately two hours (and it's paid). I started work just after Thanksgiving weekend, and stayed until New Year's Eve. Of course, you have to keep in mind that this process was only for the Seasonal Driver Helper position. I have no clue about interviewing for other UPS positions. However, I highly recommend this as a seasonal job!

You will be asked about any felonies, but even if you do have one, you are not necessarily ruled out.
Smooth and very easy to pass. Just speak and they will tell you what they have for you. You have nothing to be worried about. Just be ready to answer the phone.
Easy and quick, no problems at all I went straight through to the orrientation and that only took a few hours so thats pretty good you know I enjoyed the process
Phone with a supervisor. Super convenient and super easy. Affable man with tons of experience. Couldn't be happier. Later went in for an in person interview and to pick up gear.
