Filled out a questionnaire online before going in for an interview. A facility tour with a few questions afterwards. Was set up with the HR rep the next day and got the job.

Can we count on you to show up on time for scheduled shifts?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
