They ask you a bunch of behavioral questions and 2-3 technical questions but there isn’t any actual coding. It was very easy-going and I had 3 interviewers. They also ask you about your resume experience.

I submitted my application and was contacted by an HR rep who asked why I wanted to work for UPS. From there I was scheduled a phone interview due to scheduling conflicts and hired the next day.
