It was pretty straight forward you go in as a group get interview as a group go around the room and tell the group about yourself but basically everybody gets the job

Tell us about yourself so you know anyone working at ups
They put you in a room with other candidates, ask a couple questions, give you a tour of the building, show you where you’ll be working, you finish the app process there, then you’re hired.
You fill out the online app. They do phone interview. They do in person interview. Then talk to hr. Then you go to orientation. Then you sign paperwork, watch videos, and start work.
