Got a call from the HR manager and was asked a few questions about my background. Asked to come in to talk to direct manager the following day. Was asked a few technical and some behavioral questions. Also took a typing speed test. took drug test too.
The process was very smooth, professional and people are very friendly. We were conducted a virtual interview for the first round and then second review was in in person with two managers participating.

You will be required to take a Computer test. You are also asked why you want to work at UPS. They will give you a tour of the facility and then ask if you have any questions.
Asked a few simple questions, required to fill out some forms and confirm ability of transportation. Had a week of training class then one month on the job training. After this was done, given tests before I was officially hired at the position I had applied for.
