Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en UPS en abr 2008
Entrevista
Interview went well. It was very easy and seemed as if they were desperate for individuals to do physical labor. I was promoted rather quickly after working hard and showing up for work everyday. There is a great potential at UPS for people going to school and wanting fair pay.

Everything was done online, there really was no interview, it was just filling out a lot of personal information, background check, back account info to deposit checks, availability to attend orientation to be assigned a position. This was a seasonal position however, not sure how a regular employee interview process would be like.

Entrevista
I worked at UPS a few years back. I applied and on my resume I put down what I was trying to accomplish in life and what I was studying at the time (PreMed). I still got the plant tour but never heard back. I applied again in 2 months and put down minimal information about my hopes and dreams and guess who got the job. Granted this was a entry level job for a college student, it still showed me that UPS appears to be hiring individuals with no other options. I could be completely wrong on that. The interview itself was not really much of an interview but a job expectation, what you will/can be doing on site.
