go in, talk about why you want to work there, hire you because they'll basically hire anybody at the moment. They tell you the job duties which is lifting boxes up to 150 pounds, if you capable of that and if you can be at work on time. they tell you the pay which is 14 an hour.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
