Was brief and to the point. They know what they’re looking for. I think they’re most receptive to former/ current employees/ contractors. On these lower-management positions, they’re mostly looking for someone who has already demonstrated leadership.

The interview was nonexistent. The HR manager looked at my resume and asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in, the interview was a tour of the facility and then I was given a date to start.

I met with the Manager of department, then a toured of facility. She showed me their process and asked questions concerning supervising and processes. After the tour we sat and discussed some details of the position.
